Ticket Policy:

1) All sales are final no exchanges or refunds.
2) Programming subject to change.
3) All patrons must have a ticket.
4) In the case of inclement weather The Pasadena POPS Orchestra reserves the right to reschedule a rained-out concert for another date. If you are unable to attend the rescheduled concert we will exchange your tickets for another scheduled concert as seating availability allows. No cash refunds will be given. Please note that this policy also applies to other natural occurrences such as windstorms, earthquakes and so forth.
5) If you find that you are unable to use your tickets for a particular concert, we encourage you to return them to the Box Office so that we can offer them to another patron. Demand for tickets is extremely high. We are happy to provide you with a receipt for a tax-deductible donation if tickets are returned no later than two weeks prior to the concert date.

Disabled Seating:

1) Please be advised that our concerts are performed at a natural botanical setting, as a result the seating and isles are not on paved surface, but rather turf, sand and bark.
2) Areas for wheelchair patrons are available.
3) Aisle seating is available for patrons with disabilities upon request.
4) Accommodations for persons with disabilities can be made by calling the Box Office at the time of purchasing your tickets.

Children Policy:

1) All children require tickets and separate seats. Please use discretion regarding your child's ability to sit quietly during the performance.
2) Strollers are not permitted within the seating area and must be left at the patron's vehicle.

Lawn and Chair Policy:

1) There is no sitting or picnicking directly on the lawn.
2) Patrons may enjoy their picnic at either one of the picnic table areas or if they have purchased reserved seats which are at tables.
3) The Pasadena POPS does provide chairs for all seating locations; therefore Patrons may not bring their own chairs.

Safety Policy:

1) For safety reasons and per the Fire Code; open flame (candles, lanterns, fireworks, etc.) is not permitted at Descanso Gardens.
2) Per the Fire Code; Firelanes must remain clear of all obstructions (chairs, coolers, ect.), absolutely no seating is permitted within said area.
3) The only designated smoking area is at the Santolina Cafe adjacent to the main gate.
